Those days are over. Forever. Even though those methods sometimes still work, they are quickly becoming outmoded. A 2009 poll conducted by the National Association of Realtors discovered that 92% of home buyers use the internet in the home buying process. It is becoming a buyer driven process. What this means is that the BUYER picks out the homes that they want to see, not the agent. An that choice is largely based on how the house looks on the internet. If your home looks “average” on the internet, it could very well be getting passed over for other homes that look great on the internet.
