Sales activity for October 2011 for Pickerington OH Homes for sale was released, and the news is not optimistic for Pickerington home sellers. Sales activity is down from last year in nearly every category, and is nearly at the bottom for the entire year.

This is most telling for sellers (and there are many in Pickerington) who’s homes are segmented well above the median and average price ranges for the Pickerington OH real estate market. Most buyers are buying in that range, so for those priced considerably higher, it means longer selling times and fewer showings than homes priced in the $125,000 – 200,000 “sweet spot”.
Pickerington home sellers need take a realistic look at these numbers, and either postpone any plans for selling, or price home aggressively.
